My decade old battle against my multiple sclerosis
I was diagnosed with very mild RRMS Jan. 1995 after one MRI to see why there was burning sensations in my neck. The Avonex injections at $1000 a month for 4 years I was on damaged my heart and caused my 1996 mild MS to rapidly escalate to the 2001 progressive MS I live with today. I am totally disabled now- I take NO medication specifically for multiple sclerosis now.
My maternal great grandfather had M.S.- My paternal grandfather had M.S.- I have 2 cousins with M.S.-We 3 are the great granddaughters of Oscar Savoy of Iberia Parish,La.
I am one of a dozen plus in my community of less than 3,000 to have this disease. I know more people with M.S. than ANY other disease.

| Where I live; close to Delaware Bay |
There have been over 3 dozen deaths of babies and persons under age 22 since 1980 in my tiny community with a population of under 3,000.
I moved here June 1982.
All deaths have been tragic...but none to me more than that of Evan Bailey: This Citizen of Laurel Lake Commercial Township remembers our murdered child.
November 17,1980 little 9 year old Evan Bailey (black) was abducted from Vineland, NJ (currently the Forman Mills Parking lot). His abductor was a 20 year old drifter whom had already murdered 3 minors within the past year.
Malcolm Joseph Robbins Jr. (white) from Rockland, Maine was one of 11 children-he himself had been brutally abused, neglected and tormented since the day he was born. Robbins had been sexually molested by 2 former husbands of his mother.
By age 11 Robbins had already been sent to reform school for sexually molesting younger boys. By age 16,Robbins traveled across country with his 40 year old gay lover.
Robbins had killed a 7 year old male Steven Little on Christmas Day 1979 in Texas, 17 year old male Brian Lepko 1-29-80 in West Virginia, a 6 year old male Christopher Finney 6-15-80 in California before taking 9 year old Evan Bailey.
Evan was brought to Laurel Lake Commercial Twp. Cumberland Co. N.J. to a empty mobile home on Battle Lane where he was repeatedly VICIOUSLY raped. Evan tried to run but was finally caught & grabbed by Robbins whom slit Evan’s throat. Then Robbins proceeded to beat Evan and stab him numerous times.
Amazingly, Evan was still barely alive when Robbins took his tiny body and dumped him on Millville side of Laurel Lake where Evan breathed his last breath. (A very dear friend whom lived here during that time sent me this info recently: " He ( Robbins) was renting the double-wide on Battle Lane & Poplar with his bi-sexual lover. A juvenile last named Clifford also lived there with the two--with his mothers permission!")
Robbins was arrested and charged by the Millville Police Dept.-- Retired MPD Det.
Garton was in charge of the investigation. Law enforcement officers from 6 states came here to question Robbins on their unsolved
murders. The 1st case Robbins confessed to was to a Dallas, Texas Detective whom came here to question Robbins.
The Ca. murder of a 6 year old boy named Christopher Finney on 6-15-80 was the 1st murder Robbins confessed here
in Cumberland County, NJ to. Robbins finally pled guilty to murdering Evan 4-27-81. He was sentenced 8-7-81 at the age of
21 by the Cumberland Co. Superior Courts Judge Steven Kleiner. He was given a mere NJ sentence of life with parole opportunity
after 30 years.
Malcolm Joseph Robbins Jr. has been sitting on the California death row since his sentence there on 5-13-83. Thank you California for giving Robbins a proper sentence! I will always remember the violent death of little Evan Bailey whom fought valiantly for his life against all odds here in Laurel Lake.
Evan Bailey will forever be my community little "guardian angel".

| Seeking Justice You have just discovered that someone rapes your child. What can you do? No much, really. Your options are extremely limited. And you are part of the problem. For years, you have voted for rapists and members of organized crime, or you have not voted at all. Either way, you have unknowingly supported a rapist culture. You have done so by allowing rapists and pro-rapist elements to be elected to public office, to write laws, and to protect crime. For years, you have done nothing to remove criminals from the legislature, the judiciary, and the executive branch of the government. It is your fault. Until you acknowledge your role, you cannot be helped. You have done the right opposite of what you should have done. You have supported the church and the government with your donations or taxable income. They have used your money for personal profit and solidification of their political power. You have opposed the death penalty for murderers, rapists, and crooked public officials. You have allowed the White House, Supreme Court, and Congress to run your life as they deem fit. And they have done just that. The legal system has created laws that protect crime, particularly organized crime, and make it difficult for you to prosecute evil. The system uses crime for personal profit; law and crime have become a money-making enterprise. You have allowed lawyers and politicians to invent a system of injustice that places them in the roles of middlemen. Not you, but they decide whether you get access to justice. The legal system that you have supported through your passivity or blind obedience now denies you to come directly to a court and demand justice in a country that is supposed to be a democracy for the benefit of The People. Members of the legal system run their privately owned public enterprise and want you to pay them money before they give you a long shot at justice. And after you spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on your lawyers and court expenses, the judge dissolves the case, or reverses a verdict reached by the jury, or invokes some technicality that sets the alleged rapist free. And you and millions of other dissociated victims like yourself meekly accept the injustice. You cannot get justice from the current legal system. The system is a major obstacle on the road to justice; the system is an organized impediment. To win a fight against a rapist of your child, you must get organized, too. You must dissolve the legal system, rebuild it from bottom up, and enforce justice. A constitution and laws on paper are meaningless if The People are unwilling to demand their rights and vigorously prosecute those who deny justice to The People. You must form a government of The People and by the People, not a government of profiteers for the benefit of organized crime. Bringing about a change will be difficult. Rapists and those who profit from crime will not give up their CASH COW without a fight. They are an entrenched institution in the American society and culture. You can see some of the honorable gentlemen every Sunday morning on national television. Equipped with US flags in the lapels of their suits, they wrap themselves in patriotism, the last refuge of the scoundrels. They prevent you from getting justice; they protect the rapist of your child. Until you get rid of them, you will have no justice. Yes, Virginia, there is true justice for all raped children. Yes, The People can win and remove crooked governments. Yes, freedom, justice, and true democracy can also win in the United States. So, we kick the 100 White House occupants, the 100 Senators, and the 500 Representatives out of office and get justice, right? Totally wrong! You forgot the two political parties. They install individual politicians, judges, lawyers, and administrators in public office; they are the backbone of the CASH COW. So, we ban the two political parties and get justice that way, right? Wrong again! Political parties are more than a dozen buddies who pursue common interests. You have ignored the hundreds of millions of victims like yourself who support the political parties or let them operate as they please. You have not accounted for the forty percent of incestuously brain-damaged Americans who fully stand behind their government, no matter what. You will have to change yourself before you are able to change the legal system and the world. It will be a perilous fight, requiring your courage and determination. And do not ask what your government can do to you. Ask what you can do to your government. But I love my President, Congress, and Supreme Court. I am grateful to them for taking my money and telling me what I may not have. May God save the blessed people. Yes, may God save them, you, and your child. | |
